Our Story

Founded by Jan and Carlos Cabral, Dogs In Brazil has been dedicated to rescuing Brazilian street dogs since 2001. The organization emerged after the devastating mudslides in Rio de Janeiro in 2011, which destroyed their livelihood and inspired a mission to save lives.

Impact

Dogs In Brazil focuses on extreme hard luck cases, providing healing and rehabilitation for animals in need. Without intervention, many of these rescues would not survive.
