Dog Tag Buddies was inspired by the journey of a veteran who returned home from service in Iraq, forever changed by his experiences. After surviving an IED explosion, he faced the invisible wounds of war: PTSD and a traumatic brain injury. In his darkest moments, the companionship of dogs provided solace and healing. This realization sparked a mission to help veterans like him find purpose and connection through the training of service dogs.
