Our Story
Dog Coalition Los Angeles (DCLA) began as Foster For Life, a program dedicated to supporting individuals fostering dogs directly from overcrowded shelters. Over the past two years, DCLA has successfully helped over 150 dogs find loving homes and engaged more than 75 foster families, showcasing a strong commitment to animal welfare reform.

DCLA is focused on improving the lives of dogs in shelters and facilitating their transition to forever homes, addressing the growing shelter crisis in Los Angeles.
