DNPs of Color (DOCs) is a nonprofit nursing organization founded by Dr. Danielle McCamey, dedicated to increasing diversity in doctoral studies, clinical practice, and leadership for nurses. Inspired by her own experiences, Dr. McCamey created DOCs to foster a supportive community for nurses of color pursuing or holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
