Our Story

The Diversity Scholarship Foundation NFP was established by a dedicated group of attorneys and judges who believe that a diverse law school student body is essential for a more inclusive legal community. Since its inception in March 2008, the Foundation has grown from the vision of 17 bar association presidents committed to advancing diversity in Chicago's legal landscape.

Impact

By providing financial assistance to underprivileged and under-represented minorities, the Foundation has made significant strides in promoting diversity within the legal profession. Numerous scholarships have been awarded, and partnerships with over 50 bar associations have been formed to support this vital mission.
