Our Story

The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier began as a vision by The Imagination Builders and the Junior League of Binghamton, transforming an empty urban school gym into a vibrant children’s museum. Now located at Binghamton’s Ross Park campus, it has evolved from a dilapidated maintenance barn into a thriving space filled with engaging exhibits and outdoor areas like the award-winning Story Garden.
