The Discovery Center of Idaho was established in 1988, thanks to the vision of the Junior League of Boise, who recognized the need for hands-on science education in the community. Since its grand opening, the center has welcomed over 27,000 visitors in just three months, showcasing the community's enthusiasm for science and learning. Today, the Discovery Center features world-class traveling exhibitions and unique displays crafted by the talented Exhibits Team in the Micron Innovation Lab.
