Dig Local Network

Our Story

In January 2015, Dig Local Network joined forces with Beaches Local Food Network to enhance community access to sustainably grown food. This grassroots initiative has led to the creation of numerous community gardens, farmers’ markets, and educational programs for all ages. What began in 2010 with two AmeriCorps volunteers teaching children about gardening has blossomed into a vibrant network dedicated to transforming the local food system.
