Our Story
The Dickson County Help Center has been a beacon of hope for the community since the late 1960s. Originally located in the old Buttery Building, the center has evolved to meet the changing needs of residents. After being reactivated in 1978 by community leaders, it has expanded its services to include a thrift store and a 'Client Choice' food bank. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the center demonstrated remarkable resilience by adapting its operations to continue serving those in need.
