In the Winter and Spring of 2000, two families relocated from New Jersey to Danville, California, bringing their sons' passion for lacrosse with them. After facing challenges in finding local programs, they took the initiative to establish the Diablo Scorpion Lacrosse Club. With the support of local lacrosse enthusiasts, this club has blossomed into one of Northern California's largest youth lacrosse programs, focusing on teamwork, personal development, and respect for the game.
The Diablo Scorpion Lacrosse Club has transformed youth lacrosse in Northern California, expanding from a handful of players to over 500 participants across various age groups. This program has played a pivotal role in establishing high school lacrosse teams and has seen many players excel at higher levels, including All-Star teams and high school championships.
