Founded by Rosemary Lauer, who was evacuated from Vietnam in 1975, Devotion To Children Inc. emerged from a personal journey of resilience. As a single mother facing homelessness, Rosemary's experiences inspired her to create a nonprofit dedicated to providing educational opportunities for children from financially challenged families.
