Our Story

Desi Rainbow Parents & Allies was founded in 2017 to support South Asian families and friends of LGBTQIA+ individuals. This organization provides a vital space for learning about LGBTQIA+ issues, fostering community, and enhancing support for loved ones. Serving individuals from South Asia, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives, the mission is to promote understanding and acceptance.
