Our Story
Founded in 2018, the Depew Community Action Team (DCAT) emerged from the needs of local residents for accessible services. The organization began with a community dinner ministry and has since evolved to create a welcoming community center that fosters relationships and cultural opportunities.
Impact
As of summer 2024, Phase 1 of our community center is complete, featuring a low-cost laundromat, gym, kitchen, and renovated spaces for community gatherings. The community laundry opens on September 4, with our first major fundraiser on September 7.
