Envisioned by Tess Sinke in the early 2000s and officially formed in 2018 with Andrew Hoekstra, Deos Contemporary Ballet began with the COLLIDE Summer Series, uniting dancers for short-term contracts. Since then, it has blossomed into a year-round platform for innovative performances and outreach programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
