All Smiles Community Oral Health

Our Story

All Smiles Community Oral Health, formerly known as Dental3, was established in 2014 through a collaborative effort among Medicaid Dental Plans, Coordinated Care Organizations, and community partners. This unique partnership aims to enhance oral health access in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area by providing preventive services in alternative care settings. By acting as a public health overlay, All Smiles unites various health systems to address the needs of Medicaid-eligible individuals and other underserved populations.

Our Impact

All Smiles serves approximately 300 community-based sites, including K-8 public schools, qualifying preschools, and residential care communities for foster youth and women recovering from substance use disorders.
