Our Story

Delno Terrace was established on June 28, 1982, with a mission to develop a 60-unit apartment complex specifically designed for very low-income elderly and disabled individuals. Located at 1480 N. Delno Avenue, Fresno, CA, this project is regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and receives Section 8 housing assistance payments. Since opening its doors on July 1, 1985, Delno Terrace has been a vital resource for the community, providing safe and affordable housing for those in need.
