Our Story

The Delaware County Symphony, established in 1971, has a rich history of providing exceptional musical experiences to the residents of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Originally named the Media Community Symphony, it merged with the Springfield Sinfonietta in 1975. Under the leadership of Music Director Sebastian Grand since 2021, the DCS continues to thrive, performing at various regional venues.
