Our Story

Defenders of Freedom was founded in 2004 by Donna Cranston, inspired by her journey as a military mom. Initially focused on sending care packages to troops, the organization has evolved to provide essential emergency financial assistance and treatment for veterans suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
