Our Story

Katrina Kilpatrick, the Executive Director of Deconstruct2Reconstruct, transformed her personal hardships into a mission to help others. After losing her mother and becoming a young mother herself, she earned a Master in Social Work to support individuals facing similar challenges. Ronald Kilpatrick, the CEO, draws from his own experiences of resilience, having faced childhood adversities and military service, to empower men and veterans in their transitions.
