Our Story

Decatur Christian School began in August 1973, inspired by Grace Baptist Church of Decatur, IL. The vision was to provide an outstanding academic program grounded in scriptural truth. Over the years, Decatur Christian has flourished, merging with Glad Tidings Academy in 1993, and has since become a beacon of educational excellence in the Decatur area.
