Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE) is a dedicated nonprofit organization established in 2000, focused on providing essential advocacy services for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Hard of Hearing (DDBDDHH) victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Colorado. DOVE prioritizes communication access and culturally responsive services, ensuring that every survivor receives the support they need.
