Deaf Defy is a Deaf-led organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of Deaf children. With a team of language acquisition specialists, audiologists, and interpreters, the mission is to provide essential audiological care and sign language education in refugee camps and conflict zones.
In 2023, the programming expanded with the launch of Camp Deaf Defy, an intensive summer camp for Deaf children aged 5 to 19. This initiative teaches vital communication skills, STEM education, self-defense, and empowerment.
