Dayton Public Access Television (DATV) was established in 1978 to provide a platform for local citizens to create non-commercial television programs. Founded by Roxie Cole, DATV has grown to serve over 400 members, producing thousands of local programs that amplify diverse voices and foster civic engagement in Dayton.
Impacting Lives Through Local Programming
Last year alone, DATV’s 400 plus members created over 4,900 new local TV programs, empowering the community to express their ideas and stories through electronic media.
