Founded in 1988 by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Rochester, Daystar Kids addresses a critical gap in services for families with infants and young children with special health care needs. As New York State’s first and only Pediatric Complex Care and Learning Center, it provides coordinated support for children with complex medical conditions.
