Our Story

Founded in 2004 by Marsha Crownover, Coach Approach, Inc. aimed to deliver affordable life and executive coaching to nonprofit professionals. In 2015, Peter Ferguson established Day 7, Inc. to provide confidential health resources for pastors and their families. The merger in 2018 with Candace Clippard at the helm created Day 7, Inc., focusing on self-care resources for nonprofit and ministry staff.
