Dancing Dreams began with the heartfelt wish of young girls to wear tutus and dance like their peers. Founded by Joann Ferrara, inspired by a little girl with cerebral palsy, this organization has blossomed from five participants to 125, offering tailored dance classes that cater to each child's unique abilities.
