Dalton Little Theatre, established in 1869, is Georgia's oldest continuously performing community theatre. Originally known as The Dalton Amateurs, it has evolved through various names before becoming Dalton Little Theatre in 1955. The theatre has a rich history, performing continuously except during WWI, WWII, and the COVID-19 pandemic. In 1981, the historic firehouse was transformed into The Firehouse Theatre, which remains its home today.
For over 150 years, Dalton Little Theatre has been a cornerstone of the community, providing entertainment and cultural enrichment to audiences in Northwest Georgia.
