Our Story

Dallas Leadership Foundation (DLF) is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering local leaders to foster healthier communities across the Dallas area. For over three decades, DLF has built strong relationships and partnerships, demonstrating the power of collaborative action in transforming challenged neighborhoods.

Impact

In 2023, DLF positively impacted 15,635 community members, provided workforce development to 197 men, and prepared 1,032 youth for future leadership roles.
