Founded in 1946, Dallas Bethlehem Center began as a project of the Women’s Society of Christian Service, dedicated to uplifting women and children. Since relocating to South Dallas in 1955, DBC has expanded its facilities to over 24,000 square feet, providing vital services across three pillars: Education, Health & Wellness, and Technology supports.
Each year, DBC distributes nearly 100,000 pounds of fresh produce through its food pantry, addressing immediate community needs and fostering health and wellness.
