Our Story

In early 2018, Pastor Mark Van Drunen and members of Calvary CRC recognized a pressing need for affordable housing in the community, particularly for single mothers escaping abusive relationships. This led to the formation of an informal task force that engaged with local organizations such as the City of Wyoming, Inner City Christian Federation, and Safe Haven Ministries. After extensive research and community engagement, Daffodil Ministries was officially established in January 2019, dedicated to providing support and resources for survivors of domestic abuse.
