Founded by dedicated community members and local leaders, the center began operations in St. George, Utah, with a mission to provide safe shelter and essential services to victims. Over the years, the DOVE Center has expanded its facilities and services, responding to the growing needs of the community. In 2010, a new facility was acquired to offer long-term advocacy and counseling for those who have escaped violence, ensuring that support continues beyond immediate shelter.
