Our Story

The Curran Homestead is a turn-of-the-twentieth-century living history farm and museum located in Orrington, Maine. Established as a nonprofit organization in accordance with Mary Catherine Curran's wishes, the homestead preserves its original form to educate future generations about rural life in Maine during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
