Cure CMD was founded in 2008 by three dedicated parents whose children are affected by Congenital Muscular Dystrophy (CMD). This organization is committed to advancing research and providing support for families impacted by this rare genetic disorder.

With over $4 million in research grants, Cure CMD has launched clinical trials and expanded the Congenital Muscle Disease International Registry to over 3,500 participants, significantly contributing to the understanding of CMD.
