Culture Encounters began as a small arts initiative in Eastern Henrico County, known as The Next Star Arts Program, and has evolved into a dynamic nonprofit organization since its founding in 2015. This organization aims to ignite cultural curiosity, knowledge, and appreciation in the community through the arts, shared experiences, and dialogue.
