Founded in 1983 by Dr. Cullen B. Rivers and Rev. Buddy Childress, CrossOver Healthcare Ministry began with a mission to bridge healthcare access divides. Starting with limited resources, the organization has grown to serve over 7,000 patients annually through two clinics in Richmond, VA.
