Established in 1978 as the Rape & Abuse Center, the Crime Victims Assistance Center Inc. has evolved into a vital resource for all innocent victims of crime. With a commitment to compassionate care, CVAC offers a 24-hour crisis hotline, long-term counseling, legal advocacy, and a Child Advocacy Center, serving the communities of Broome and Chenango Counties.
