Founded in 1972, Creative Response to Conflict (CRC) began as a project of the New York Quaker Project on Community Conflict. Initially known as Children’s Creative Response to Conflict, the organization has evolved to teach nonviolence through character and social skills development, utilizing an experiential approach.
