The Creative Learning Alliance was born from the Vision 2022 Quality of Life Destination Committee, which gathered insights from nearly 150 community members. In May 2017, a children's museum concept emerged, leading to the pursuit of a hands-on, STEAM-based attraction for the Joplin region.
