Our Story

Founded in 2010 by Amy Zeide, Creating Connected Communities (CCC) was inspired by a childhood experience of organizing a holiday party for children in a homeless shelter. What began as a single event has blossomed into a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the lives of children experiencing hardship by empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers.

Impact

In 2023, CCC facilitated 7,273 experiences for children and families, supported by 781 donations and 1,221 teen volunteer opportunities. The organization creates a positive impact in the community through life-enhancing programs.
