Founded in 1992, Youth About Business (YAB) is a pioneering initiative under Creating an Environment of Success Inc, dedicated to empowering young individuals through innovative leadership training programs. With a mission to expose students to diverse opportunities in business and industry, YAB began with just seven participants and has since grown to serve thousands across Tennessee, New York, Illinois, Georgia, and Texas.

Over 8,000 students have benefited from YAB's programs, with an impressive 98% high school graduation rate among participants. Many of these students go on to pursue business-related majors in college, showcasing the effectiveness of the training provided.
