Our Story

Cowlitz Family Health Center was established in 1970 to provide essential family planning and health services to low-income individuals and families in Cowlitz County. Over the years, the center has expanded its services, incorporating as a nonprofit agency and adding vital health services, including dental care and substance use disorder treatment. Through community partnerships, CFHC has adapted to meet the evolving needs of the community, especially during the Affordable Care Act rollout.
