Our Story

C.O.P.E. Family Support Center was founded in September 2011 by Cathy Botello, who recognized a critical gap in supportive services for parents in crisis. By establishing a platform for individuals to gain essential knowledge and skills, C.O.P.E. enhances positive family dynamics. When stress escalates and resources dwindle, families can break down, often leading to children becoming unintended victims of abuse and neglect. C.O.P.E. steps in at this crucial juncture, changing the fate of children and fortifying families through counseling, mentoring, and educational programs.

Our Impact

Each year, C.O.P.E. Family Support Center serves over 3,000 youth, parents, and families through evidence-based parent education programs and culturally sensitive counseling options. This holistic, family-centered approach ensures safety and well-being for all.
