Our Story
The Corrections Foundation was established in 1996 as a pioneering non-profit Direct Support Organization for the Florida Department of Corrections. Governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, the Foundation is committed to supporting the well-being of FDC employees and contractors through various assistance programs.
Impact
With over $10.6 million in assistance provided, the Foundation has positively impacted more than 11,700 individuals, representing 54.5% of FDC's workforce.
