Our Story
In 1981, three visionaries—Leonard M. Greene, Priscilla (Pat) H. Blum, and Jay N. Weinberg—established Corporate Angel Network to utilize empty seats on corporate aircraft for transporting cancer patients to treatment centers. The first flight took place on December 22, 1981, and since then, the organization has coordinated over 69,000 flights, partnering with more than 500 corporations, including half of the Fortune 100.
