Our Story

Founded in 2013, Cornerstone of Hope is dedicated to addressing critical community needs in Rock and Jefferson counties, Wisconsin. By identifying gaps in safe, affordable housing and nutritious food access, the organization has developed impactful programs such as the Aging in Place initiative for seniors, new home construction for working-class families, and the Produce for Pantries program aimed at eliminating hunger.
