Cafe Corazon

Our Story

Founded in 1999 in the Fellowship Hall of Travis Park Church, Cafe Corazon emerged from a radical idea to feed those in need every Sunday morning. Over 25 years later, Corazon Ministries San Antonio has grown into a vital community resource, employing nearly 30 dedicated staff and supported by over 75 enthusiastic volunteers. The mission has expanded beyond the café, now encompassing a Resource Hub at Grace Lutheran Church, which includes a Day Center, Harm Reduction, Outreach, and Health Services.

Impact

Corazon Ministries serves over 40,000 hot, nutritious meals annually, providing unconditional love and life-giving support to our neighbors in need.
