Our Story

Founded in 1995 by two dedicated deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station, Cops for Kids began as a small initiative to deliver gifts to underprivileged children during the Christmas season. Over the years, this grassroots effort has blossomed into a robust 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serving hundreds of children, seniors, and families each year. Staffed entirely by passionate volunteers from the community, Cops for Kids hosts numerous fundraisers, fueled by the generosity of local residents and businesses.
