Our Story

The Coppell Community Garden Corporation, established in 1998, is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to overseeing community gardens in Coppell, Texas. With the addition of the Farmers Market in 2003, this all-volunteer effort has been instrumental in fostering a healthy community and making a positive impact on the lives of many.

Impact

In 2021, the Coppell Community Garden Program achieved a remarkable milestone by donating 30,727 pounds of fresh, organic vegetables to the Metrocrest Services food pantry. This achievement marked the first time in the program's 24-year history that total donations surpassed 300,000 pounds, showcasing the commitment to alleviating food insecurity.
