Over the years, it has expanded its programs, including the Model Waiver Program and Rare and Expensive Care Management, to better serve the community.

The Family Resource Fund has allocated over $165,000 since 2021, providing urgent financial assistance for medical expenses, housing costs, and essential utilities.
