Inspired by the Lawrence family's volunteer efforts in Honduras, Cool Effect was established in 2015 to address health issues caused by traditional woodburning stoves. The organization connects individuals and businesses with high-quality carbon offset projects that reduce emissions and benefit local communities.

Our Impact

Cool Effect has improved health for over 215,000 rural households by installing clean cookstoves, preventing approximately 2 million metric tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions.
